Naturtrübes Kellerbier has the creamy and sparkling texture so typical for unfiltered beers and bubbles delightfully on the palate. Hints of caramel, honey and plum are all discernible, emphasising the malty and tangy taste sensation. They are joined by inimitable nuances of apple and grapefruit, which combine to give the beer its fruity freshness.
Following a maturing process of four weeks, our Naturtrübes Kellerbier it is bottled without being filtered to ensure that all the vitamins and trace elements contained within the yeast are retained.
